badminton racket

A badminton racket is generally composed of a racket head, a racket rod, a racket handle, and a joint between the racket frame and the racket rod. The length of a racket does not exceed 68 centimeters, with the length of the racket handle and racket rod not exceeding 42 centimeters, the length of the racket frame not exceeding 25 centimeters, and the width of 20 centimeters. With the development of science and technology, the racket is developing towards lighter weight, harder racket frame, better racket rod elasticity, and smaller air resistance.

With the development of science and technology, the racket is developing towards lighter weight, harder racket frame, better racket rod elasticity, and smaller air resistance.
Badminton racket classification: Badminton rackets are divided into short handle, medium handle, and long handle rackets. The short handle is about 40cm long, the medium handle is about 60cm long, and the long handle is commonly used by adults, with a length of about 675mm.
Racket shape
It is the geometric shape of the racket head. There are generally two types: traditional circular ISO pats with a square head. Mainstream rackets have already used square racket heads, and compared to circular racket heads, the sweet spot of square racket heads is about 26% larger than that of circular racket heads.
Racket sweet zone
It is the best hitting area on the racket surface, with most of the sweet spots on the racket located near the fourth line of the horizontal line. When the hitting point is in the sweet zone, it can give you sufficient hitting power, control, and minimal vibration. If the racket head increases in the sweet zone, it will become larger and easier to control. However, adding the racket head can have negative effects on torque and weight.
